Factory is hiring Enterprise Solutions Engineers to own technical relationships with our largest customers across the Eastern US, from discovery to pilot and expansion. You will map customer objectives to platform capabilities, architect real-world solutions, and manage hands-on evaluations with major software teams.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years in a technical customer-facing role (sales engineering, solutions engineering, or similar).
• Experience leading complex enterprise deal cycles and building champions across stakeholder groups.
• Able to read code, write scripts, debug integrations, and present to staff engineers.
• Understanding of modern dev stacks (CI/CD, code review, testing, deployment).
• Strong communication skills and a bias toward action in a fast-moving startup.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical evaluation and run full cycle product evaluations and pilots.
• Drive revenue by turning pilots into broad platform adoption.
• Architect rollout within customer workflows (CI/CD, reviews, tests, deployments).
• Serve as the customer's technical voice and loop feedback to product.
• Translate customer patterns into actionable product improvements.
