Job summary

Factory is hiring Enterprise Solutions Engineers to own the technical relationship with our largest customers across the Eastern US, from discovery to pilot, expansion, and ongoing success. This strategic role goes beyond demos, maintaining the technical thread through engagements and translating customer needs into product feedback.

You will lead evaluations, architect rollouts, and ensure strong alignment of technical objectives with revenue outcomes, helping customers adopt Factory across

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
• Led complex, technical enterprise deal cycles.
• Able to code and explain technical concepts.
• CS degree or equivalent technical foundation is expected.
• Familiarity with modern dev stacks (Git, CI/CD, testing).

Responsibilities

• Own the technical evaluation and lead full cycle product evaluations, design proofs of concept, and run pilots inside customer environments.
• Drive revenue and growth by turning pilots into broad adoption and identifying new use cases across teams.
• Architect the rollout by integrating Factory into existing CI/CD, code review, testing and deployment workflows.
• Be the customer's technical voice, diagnose friction, and translate requests into product signals for faster resolution.
• Feed the product engine by turning customer patterns into actionable feedback for the roadmap.
