Job summary

Factory is hiring Enterprise Solutions Engineers to own the technical relationship with our largest customers across the Eastern US, driving revenue through pilots and expansion. You will map customer objectives to platform capabilities, architect solutions in real dev environments, and lead hands-on evaluations with large engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years in a technical customer-facing role or equivalent.
• Led complex, enterprise deal cycles with multi-threaded stakeholders.
• You can read code, write scripts, and debug integrations.
• Understand modern dev stack: Git workflows, CI/CD, testing, deployment.
• Strong problem-solving and clear communication with customers.
• Bias toward action in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical evaluation: lead full cycle product evaluations, design proofs of concept, and run pilots in customer environments.
• Drive revenue and growth by turning pilots into broad adoption and identifying new use cases and workflows.
• Architect the rollout by integrating Factory into existing workflows (CI/CD, code review, testing, deployment) including air-gapped and private deployments.
• Be the customer's technical voice: diagnose friction, propose solutions, and push improvements to product.
• Feed the product engine by translating customer patterns into actionable feedback for the team.
