Job summary

Factory is hiring an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to own the technical relationship with our largest customers across the Eastern US, from discovery through pilot, expansion, and ongoing success. You will map customer objectives to platform capabilities and architect solutions inside real dev environments.

This strategic role goes beyond demos; you will help customers integrate Factory into their SDLC, design proofs of concept, and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical customer-facing roles with complex enterprise deals.
• Ability to read code, write scripts, and discuss technical details with staff engineers.
• Familiarity with modern development stacks, CI/CD, and testing/deployment practices.
• CS degree or equivalent technical foundation required.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical evaluation and drive full-cycle product evaluations.
• Lead pilots, proofs of concept, and integration within customer environments.
• Identify new use cases and align technical objectives with revenue outcomes.
• Be the customer’s technical voice and relay feedback to product.
