Job summary

Conduct is seeking a technically skilled, customer-focused engineer to lead complex deployments at strategic enterprise accounts in a fast-paced environment. You will own the post-sale lifecycle, onboarding hundreds of end users, and surfacing expansion signals to grow each account into a long-term partnership.

You will directly influence product roadmap by feeding back deployment insights and customer needs, while collaborating with GTM teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working with customers in a technical capacity, with direct enterprise experience preferred.
• Deployment-heavy, forward-deployed, or technical account roles with real outcomes.
• Solid depth in enterprise tech, ERP, or comparably complex software.
• Real commercial instinct to identify expansion signals and growth opportunities.
• A builder with genuine hunger for hands-on customer work and process creation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical deployment at strategic accounts, from onboarding to post-sale ownership.
• Onboard hundreds of end users and surface expansion signals for account growth.
• Turn a single entry point into a multi-year partnership with the customer.
• Provide input to product roadmap based on deployment insights and customer needs.
