Job summary

Aerospike is seeking a technically sharp Solutions Engineer to shape the technical vision and drive adoption of our real-time data platform across North America. In this pre-sales role, you will translate complex requirements into scalable blueprints, lead executive discussions, and prove value through rigorous POCs and architecture reviews.

Qualifications

• Requires executive-level communication and presentation skills with C-level stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in NoSQL and relational databases, distributed data platforms, and multi-region architectures.
• Proven ability to design high-throughput, fault-tolerant data systems and lead technical design at scale.
• Hands-on Linux experience with high-concurrency, low-latency requirements.
• Experience guiding POCs, architecture reviews, and technical stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and design cross-region architectures meeting data, scale, latency, and resilience needs.
• Function as enterprise architect across the sales lifecycle from discovery to deployment strategy.
• Design rigorous POCs, benchmarks, whiteboard sessions, demos, and architecture reviews to prove performance and business impact.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to shape deal strategy and drive technical credibility.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering.
