Aerospike is seeking a technically sharp Solutions Engineer to drive adoption of our real-time data platform across North America. In this pre-sales role, you’ll partner with account teams and executives to design architectures, translate enterprise requirements into scalable blueprints, and prove clear, compelling value for prospects.

Qualifications

• Command the room with executive presence, communication, and presentation skills.
• Architect across the data stack with NoSQL, relational DBs, and distributed systems.
• Build for real-world scale with Linux, high-concurrency and zero-downtime systems.
• Think in distributed systems with Spark, Hadoop, HBase, Hive, Impala, and related tooling.
• Win technical evaluations through rigorous architecture reviews and POCs.
• Solve complex problems with analytical, troubleshooting, and design skills.
• Operate as a strategic self-starter managing evaluations with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate customer needs into actionable feedback for Product and R&D.
• Advocate processes in developer communities and industry events.
• Code with credibility in Java, C/C++, Python, or Go.

• Unblock customer problems with practical, scalable solutions.
• Capture field insights to influence Product and Engineering.
• Represent Aerospike at workshops, meetups, and industry events.
