Job summary

Aerospike is seeking a technically sharp, enterprise-focused Solutions Engineer to drive adoption of our real-time data platform across North America. You will partner with account teams and executives to design architectures, translate complex requirements into scalable blueprints, and demonstrate clear value in high-impact pre-sales engagements.

Based in North America, you will serve as the principal technical advisor and architect throughout the sales lifecycle, from discovery to POC

Qualifications

Executive presence and communication with C-level leaders
Experience designing multi-region architectures for high throughput databases
Deep knowledge of NoSQL, relational DBs, and data platforms
Ability to translate requirements into scalable blueprints
Experience leading POCs and technical evaluations

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery and design multi-region architectures that solve demanding data, scale, latency, and resilience requirements.
Master the data plane with deep expertise in databases, distributed systems, data platforms, and high-throughput workloads.
Sell the architecture and the outcome by linking technical choices to business value and ROI.
Create conviction through rigorous POCs, benchmarks, whiteboarding sessions, demos, and reviews.
Be the technical deal strategist by partnering with Account Executives to shape deal strategy and stakeholders.
Unblock problems by diagnosing customer issues and turning objections into reasons to buy.
Turn field insight into product leverage by capturing requirements for product teams.
Close as the trusted technical authority by leading executive conversations across North America.
