Gusto, Inc. is seeking a deep technical Solutions Engineer to own qualification and demo strategy for the highest-MRR enterprise deals, spanning API/integration architecture and collaboration with Engineering and Product.

You will set technical standards for the broader team and mentor others to grow into more senior technical scope. The role covers multiple market routes, with emphasis on one path (Gusto Pro, Mid-Market, Channel Partners).

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or 7+ years of relevant work experience in a senior technical/solutions-architecture role.
• Deep fluency in Salesforce (or comparable CRM) and Gusto's integration stack.
• Proven ability to scope and resolve ambiguous API problems and identify real product gaps.
• Track record of designing and implementing complex, integration-heavy solutions for enterprise customers.
• Comfort partnering with Engineering and Product and writing escalations that are valid bug reports.

Mansioni

• Own deep technical scoping and enterprise qualification and demo strategy for high-MRR deals.
• Escalate and resolve product/integration gaps with clear reproduction steps and context.
• Maintain partnership with Engineering and Product; surface gaps and influence roadmap.
• Act as SE-side partner in premium/large-opportunity management.
• Coach the team on deal strategy, complex customer handling, and ongoing tech resolution.
