Job summary

Verifiable is seeking a technically adept Solutions Engineer to own the API layer end-to-end. You’ll bridge Sales, Implementation, and Support, scoping feasibility, reviewing SOWs, and guiding API integrations for high-retention customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer role in B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with APIs and integrations; able to scope integration requirements.
• Experience scoping or reviewing statements of work (SOW) with clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable with customer-facing duties.

Responsibilities

• Get involved early in sales to assess technical fit and scope.
• Own SOW reviews for API and web app implementation scopes.
• Support API and web app customers during implementation.
• Escalation resource for API-related tickets in Support; close knowledge gaps.
