Gusto; Atlanta (CO); Ibrido; USD 120.000 - 150.000; Tempo pieno

Descrizione del lavoro

Gusto is seeking a deep technical Solutions Engineer focused on API and integration architecture for enterprise opportunities. You will own qualification and demo strategy for high-MRR deals, collaborating closely with Engineering and Product to shape the roadmap and address gaps.

You’ll mentor teammates and set technical standards across the team. You’ll anchor delivery for scoped builds, ensure timely commitments, and manage end-to-end resolution of product or integration escalations.

• Bachelor's Degree or 7+ years of relevant work experience in a senior technical/solutions-architecture/implementation role.
• Deep fluency in Salesforce (or a comparable CRM) and integration stack; able to diagnose root causes across systems.
• Proven ability to scope and resolve genuinely ambiguous technical/API problems and distinguish product gaps from downstream issues.
• Track record designing and implementing complex, integration-heavy solutions for enterprise customers.
• Comfort acting as the technical point of contact with Engineering and Product, including writing escalations as bug reports.
• Mentorship—ability to raise the technical bar for a broader team.

Mansioni

• Own deep technical scoping and enterprise requests; sole owner of qualification and demo strategy for the most complex opportunities.
• Address genuine product or integration escalations with reproduction steps and technical context; own the resolution path end-to-end.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to surface tooling gaps and influence the roadmap.
• Serve as SE-side partner in premium/large-opportunity management.
• Set the technical standard for the team—coach on deal strategy, complex customer handling, and long-term technical resolution; train new hires.
• Own delivery path for scoped builds; route work and uphold commitments to customers.
• Architect and validate integration/API solutions across multiple systems (GL mapping, time-tracking stacks, payroll, third-party integrations).
