Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Associate Director, Software Sales to own end-to-end revenue for an assigned product cluster and geography in the US market. You will lead complex enterprise cycles, coordinate with client teams, and drive pipeline with partners and internal experts.

You will negotiate terms, shape go-to-market plans, and mentor a small sales team to hit annual software revenue targets across license, SaaS, maintenance and services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
• Proven track record closing multi-year deals in enterprise software.
• Strong ability to engage C-suite and manage complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end revenue targets for assigned product clusters and markets.
• Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles from origination to close.
