Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Account Executive to cultivate new relationships, understand customer needs, and secure sales opportunities. You will join a dynamic sales team that drives growth while upholding our colleague-first culture and values.

You’ll develop pipelines, lead proposal construction, present to decision makers, and work across markets including healthcare, data centers, and government to maximize lifetime value and profitability.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in security sales or equivalent.
• Ability to build customer confidence and cultivate relationships.
• Experience developing proposals and presenting to decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop pipeline by engaging real decision makers and building a business case.
• Lead pursuit teams to construct winning proposals with quotes and justification.
• Present proposals to decision makers and manage objections to close deals.
• Collaborate with SMEs and partners to deliver technical and commercial solutions.
• Identify and grow pipeline within assigned markets such as global accounts, healthcare, and government.
