Semperis in Tennessee seeks an Enterprise Sales Director to accelerate growth across Tennessee, Louisiana, and Arkansas. You will own the market, build senior relationships, and move complex opportunities from prospecting to close.

This role requires strategic prospecting, MEDDPICC discipline, and cross-functional collaboration with security, identity, and risk teams, plus travel to meet customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise sales in cybersecurity or identity security.
• Experience selling to large enterprise accounts with multi-stakeholder buying.
• Strong track record of winning complex deals and quota attainment.
