Job summary

Semperis is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to drive net-new pipeline and new logo growth across enterprise accounts in a DMV/US context. This hunter role requires building momentum from scratch, outbound prospecting, and leading complex cybersecurity deals with senior stakeholders.

You will engage CISOs, CIOs, and security leaders, coordinating with sales engineering, marketing, and customer success to move deals forward.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to enterprise or upper-mid market with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record of pipeline generation and logo acquisition.
• Ability to engage CISOs, CIOs, and security leaders across large organizations.
