Job summary

Cato Networks, the converged network and security cloud, is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director for the SF Bay Area. In this role you will own the sales cycle in your territory, prospect to close, and build lasting relationships with mid-to-large accounts.

You will engage CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs, position our cloud-native security SaaS as a strategic pillar, and collaborate with partners to drive growth. This high-impact role offers a defined compensation range and extensive growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of territory sales experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or related industries.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, SaaS, or networking solutions.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Experience collaborating with partners, MSSPs, VARs, and other collaborators.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales cycle within your territory from prospecting to closing.
• Engage with CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs to align our solutions with business needs.
• Position our cybersecurity and SaaS offerings as strategic to customers’ long-term success.
• Navigate sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and maintain momentum.
• Use sales intelligence, win-loss analyses, and pipeline metrics to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and drive territory success.
• Develop relationships with local partners to expand market reach.
