Job summary

Pavion Corp in California seeks a Core Sales Representative to grow our security business by acquiring new commercial and public sector clients. You will assess needs, develop customized solutions, and present compelling demos and proposals.

You will negotiate pricing, coordinate with internal teams for installation, and nurture ongoing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales, with 2+ years selling security or fire alarm systems.
• Strong understanding of security and fire alarm technology and solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and work with internal stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new commercial/industrial and public sector clients for security and fire alarm systems.
• Develop customized security solutions based on client needs.
• Present demonstrations and proposals highlighting system benefits.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth installation and implementation.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships and provide post-sale support.
• Stay updated on industry trends to communicate value propositions effectively.
