Job summary

Toptal is hiring a Manager, Enterprise Sales Development to lead and scale a world-class SDR team for enterprise clients. This is a remote US position with no visa sponsorship.

You will drive coaching, performance metrics, and AI-powered outreach while collaborating with marketing to grow the Toptal brand. In this role you will build and manage a high-energy team, guide prospecting and qualification efforts, and work with Enterprise Sales to optimize pipeline creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Sales Development or outbound sales.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
• Experience with Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern lead-generation tools is a must.
• Hands-on experience designing AI agents to support outbound sales motions.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, train, and manage a team of SDRs.
• Maintain KPI dashboards to maximize performance.
• Drive AI-enabled automation for prospect research and outreach.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Sales and Client Partner teams to optimize lead and pipeline creation.
• Communicate regularly with the team via Slack.
