Job summary

Soda Data Inc. is expanding its US SDR team to sell data-quality infrastructure to top enterprise buyers. The role includes an in-person sprint in New York and a clear path from SDR to AE within a year.

You will learn the enterprise data stack, master our tools, and establish a strong LinkedIn presence while consistently hitting quota. Base salary is $52,000 with $23,000 variable and an OTE up to $120,000 with accelerators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree required.
• Sharp written and verbal communication non-negotiable.
• 1–3 years of sales experience or top track record as a recent graduate.

Responsibilities

• In-person sprint in New York with the co-founder and SDR team.
• Learn the enterprise data stack to hold real conversations with data leaders.
• Build your LinkedIn presence and book intro calls for AEs.
• Hit quota by end of month 1 and help scale outbound campaigns.
• Attend conferences and events to grow the network and pipeline.
