Camping World is seeking a Sales Development Representative to fuel our enterprise-wide sales initiative. This full-time role will nurture prospects from initial contact to post-sale support, building a structured sales funnel through proactive outreach and disciplined follow-up.

You will perform 8–10 outbound calls per hour, qualify opportunities, and log activities in the CRM while collaborating with the sales team to drive appointments and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in SDR or sales roles preferred.
• Proficient in CRM usage and data entry.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and cultivate prospects from first contact to post-sale support.
• Generate appointments and drive traffic through outbound prospecting.
• Understand customer needs and provide information about RV products/services.
• Record and manage customer interactions in the CRM.
• Coordinate with sales team to ensure a seamless journey from contact to sale.
