Job summary

ADP is seeking a Large Enterprise Client Corporate Sales Manager for Smart Compliance. This role focuses on developing executive-level relationships to provide compliance expertise for Health Compliance solutions to national accounts with 3,500–15,000 employees, with approximately 20% travel.

The candidate will sell Smart Compliance services to existing and new customers, collaborate with internal teams, and forecast sales pipelines using CRM/SFA.

Qualifications

• 5 years HCM industry sales experience.
• Can develop executive level relationships and manage large accounts.

Responsibilities

• Call on Large Enterprise Accounts (3,500–15,000) to develop opportunities for Smart Compliance.
• Attain or exceed 100% of assigned sales, revenue and product goals within accounts.
• Maintain high activity with cold calls and self-generated meetings.
• Develop annual business plans and account plans for prospective and existing clients.
• Produce a 120-day prospective business report identifying opportunities to close accounts.
• Broaden knowledge of ADP products and competitive strengths/weaknesses.
