ADP is recruiting for a Large Enterprise Client Corporate Sales Manager for Smart Compliance to build executive relationships and provide compliance expertise for National Account employers with 3,500–15,000 employees. Role includes travel, cross-team collaboration, and accurate forecasting using CRM/SFA.

The position emphasizes developing opportunities, coordinating internal resources, and supporting events to close deals and grow the business.

Qualifications

• 5 years HCM industry sales experience.
• Enterprise client sales expansion experience.
• Proven ability to canvass, qualify, analyze needs, present/demo, and close prospects.
• Excellent work ethic, motivation and leadership skills.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Ability to interface with internal departments for resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Call on Large Enterprise Accounts to develop opportunities for ADP Smart Compliance services.
• Attain or exceed 100% of assigned sales, revenue and product goals.
• Maintain high activity with cold calls and self-generated meetings.
• Develop annual business plan and compile Account Plan documents for clients.
• Produce a 120 day prospective business report identifying activities to close accounts.
• Develop prospective client sources via mailings and client seminars.
• Broaden knowledge of ADP products and competitive strengths/weaknesses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
