ADP is seeking a Senior Enterprise Client Corporate Sales Manager for Smart Compliance to build executive-level relationships and provide compliance expertise to National Account employers with 3500–15,000 employees. You will drive deals with internal partners, forecast accurately, and coordinate resources for events and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5 years HCM industry sales experience.
• Enterprise client sales expansion experience.

Responsibilities

• Call on Large Enterprise Accounts (3500 – 15,000 associate firms) prospects and clients that process payroll with ADP to develop opportunities to provide ADP Smart Compliance services.
• Attain or exceed 100% assigned sales, revenue and product goals within assigned accounts.
• Maintain a high level of activity with cold calls and self-generated meetings to ensure success in a fast-paced hunter sales role.
• Develop annual business plan, including account plans and selling strategy for prospective and existing clients.
• Produce a 120 day prospective business report identifying potential business and activities to close client accounts.
• Develop prospective client sources using various communication mediums, including mailings and client seminars.
• Broaden knowledge of ADP products and capabilities versus competitors.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
