Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with GPA 3.0 or higher.
• 3+ years of prior managerial experience.
• 2+ years of prior sales experience.
• Successful completion of the state licensing exam upon employment.

Responsabilités

• Enhance the team's capacity to establish professional networks with referral partners in mortgage and real estate sectors using cold calling, meetings, events, and follow-up.
• Instruct on best-practices in sales across channels (in-person, phone, email) while upholding integrity.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
