Comcast Corporation in Indianapolis seeks an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to manage and grow sales of integrated communication solutions to enterprise customers with 20–500 employees, including education and healthcare sectors.

You will lead a sales team, develop accurate forecasts, and collaborate with product, service delivery and finance to achieve revenue goals while maintaining the Comcast Credo and customer-first standards.

Formación

• 5-7 years of relevant sales experience with enterprise accounts.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site or national accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage sales of Comcast Ethernet, Internet, Voice and TV to enterprise customers (20–500 employees).
• Ensure staffing, training, and development of Enterprise Account Executives.
• Forecast annual/quarterly revenue and unit numbers; monitor performance against targets.
• Coordinate promotions and incentives with internal teams to meet business goals.
• Develop territory structure and coach reps toward targets.
