Job summary
Spectrum is seeking a LATIS Sales Lead for Commerce, Retail & Consumer Growth to own enterprise opportunity development across Retail, CPG, and D2C brands. You’ll run your own target accounts, build outbound motion, and co-sell with Category Sales when vertical relationships exist, while Solutions Engineering supports feasibility and PoCs.
This is a hunter role with overlay responsibility, partnering across executive buyers and finance, analytics, and CRM teams to drive 7+ figure deals with
Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise hunter sales selling high-ticket data platforms and related tech.
- Proven track record closing 7-figure enterprise deals ($1M+ ARR) with multi-year expansion, targeting Fortune 500 brands.
- Experience navigating complex matrixed organizations and running overlay or co-selling motions.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain target-account lists across Retail, CPG, Restaurants/QSR, and D2C brands.
- Map buying committees across marketing, analytics, CRM, loyalty, and finance.
- Lead senior-level conversations surface LATIS use cases beyond traditional media buys.
- Identify and qualify opportunities with measurable value (CAC/LTV, etc.).
- Qualify opportunities and hand off to Solutions Engineering for feasibility.
- Partner with Category Sales to accelerate enterprise conversations; co-sell when appropriate.
- Own momentum from qualification to close; act as hunter with outbound motion.
