Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Enterprise Data Sales Lead for the Commerce, Retail & Consumer Growth segment. You will own the hunt for LATIS use cases across Retail, CPG, and D2C brands, mapping buying committees and driving enterprise conversations from prospecting to close with support from Solutions Engineering.

You will navigate complex organizations, partner with Category Sales, and co-sell with agency or national teams to accelerate enterprise opportunities, focusing on measurable business

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise hunter sales experience selling data platforms, identity resolution, or high-ticket SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain target-account lists across Retail, Restaurants/QSR, CPG, and D2C brands.
• Map buying committees across marketing, data analytics, CRM, loyalty, and finance.
• Lead senior-level conversations showcasing LATIS use cases beyond traditional media buys.
• Identify and qualify enterprise opportunities with measurable value like CAC/LTV impact.
• Qualify opportunities and hand off to Solutions Engineering for feasibility and PoCs.
• Partner with Category Sales to leverage existing relationships and co-sell where appropriate.
• Partner with agency/national sellers when an agency path is the right route.
• Own commercial momentum from qualification to close, with overlay support as needed.
