Spectrum is seeking an Enterprise Data Sales Lead for Commerce, Retail & Consumer Growth in the US. This hunter role builds an outbound motion, maps target accounts, and co-sells with category or agency teams to drive LATIS use cases for Retail, CPG, and D2C brands.

The candidate will engage C-levels and senior leaders to shift conversations toward enterprise outcomes like LTV, CAC, and revenue growth, supported by Solutions Engineering as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise hunter sales experience in data platforms, identity resolution, or SaaS solutions.
• Proven track record of closing 7-figure ARR deals with Fortune 500 brands in Retail/CPG/QSR.
• Experience navigating matrixed organizations and running overlay or co-selling motions.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain target-account lists across Retail, Restaurants/QSR, CPG, and D2C brands.
• Map buying committees across marketing, CRM, analytics, and finance.
• Lead senior-level brand conversations to surface LATIS use cases beyond traditional media buys.
• Identify and qualify enterprise opportunities with measurable business impact.
• Qualify opportunities and hand off to Solutions Engineering for feasibility and PoC design.
• Partner with Category Sales and agency/national sellers to accelerate enterprise conversations.
• Own commercial momentum from qualification to close, with overlay support when needed.
• Operate as a direct hunter with outbound motion while supporting as an overlay when doors open.
