Spectrum’s LATIS Sales Lead for Commerce, Retail & Consumer Growth will own enterprise LATIS use cases, build target accounts, and drive outbound motions while partnering with Category Sales and agency/national teams to accelerate growth. Built on a strong first-party signal foundation, the LATIS platform enables advanced analytics and CRM-driven opportunities.

The role requires 7+ years of enterprise hunter sales experience, a proven record closing $1M+ ARR deals with Fortune 500 brands, and

Qualificações

7+ years of enterprise hunter sales experience in data platforms, identity resolution, predictive analytics, or SaaS solutions.
Proven track record of closing 7-figure enterprise deals ($1M+ ARR) with Fortune 500 brands in Retail, CPG, or QSR.
Experience navigating complex matrix organizations and running overlay or co-selling motions.

Responsabilidades

Build and maintain target-account lists across Retail, Restaurants/QSR, CPG, and D2C brands.
Map buying committees across marketing, media, insights, CRM/loyalty, customer analytics, growth, strategy, and finance.
Create and lead senior-level brand conversations surfacing LATIS use cases beyond traditional media buys (audience intelligence, enrichment, propensity modeling).
Identify and qualify enterprise opportunities with measurable value (CAC/LTV, acceleration).
Qualify opportunities and hand off to Solutions Engineering for feasibility and PoCs.
Partner with Category Sales and with agency/national sellers to accelerate enterprise conversations.
Own commercial momentum from qualification through proposal and close; collaborate with Solutions Engineering.
