Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. seeks an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive major market growth for ADP's cloud-based HR solutions.

You will work independently and with cross-functional teams to close deals, win new business, and achieve aggressive sales goals across a defined territory. You will build a network with decision-makers and business owners, expanding relationships within existing accounts and champions for ADP’s offerings.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of sales experience with a proven track record of closing sales and managing a territory.
• Ability to sell complex solutions and prospect at the Executive level.
• Proven persuasive communication skills and proficiency with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business within the assigned geography by closing sales, winning new clients, and hitting sales targets.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to target decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
• Deepen relationships within existing accounts and cultivate additional business within the ADP family.
• Collaborate as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams while maintaining high ethical standards.
