Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) is seeking a Sales Representative for Major Accounts to drive growth in a designated territory.

You will manage full sales cycles and sell ADP’s cloud-based HR solutions, partnering with executives to advance Human Capital Management initiatives. You will build a network, forecast pipelines, and utilize ADP tools and support to achieve top-line results, with a focus on customer success and long-term loyalty.

Qualificações

• Two+ years of quota-carrying, outside B2B sales experience.
• Three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales.
• Military experience is valued and considered an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Close sales and win new business within designated geography.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting decision-makers and business owners.
• Cultivate relationships within existing accounts and expand opportunities.
• Document and manage multiple sales cycles from prospecting to implementation.
