Job summary

enGen is seeking an Account Executive to grow the client base across our national print & mail manufacturing footprint. They will drive sales revenue and expand market share through new client acquisition and upselling to existing clients.

This role combines creative and analytical prospecting, requiring outreach to VP+ level contacts in IT and Procurement, end-to-end onboarding, contracting, and implementation to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in a B2B sales environment with executive-level outreach.
• Experience with CRM and lead generation in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospects for outsourcing Customer/Member communications.
• Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and upsell.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor sales activity.
• Oversee onboarding, contracting, and implementation of new clients.
• Present compelling business cases and proposals to executives.
