Job summary

enGen is seeking an Account Executive to grow our national print and mail manufacturing footprint through new client acquisition and upselling to drive revenue. You will identify opportunities, engage C-suite and senior IT/Procurement leaders, and manage end-to-end sales cycles.

You will leverage CRM to track activity, build compelling business cases, and present value to clients. Extensive travel and on-the-road work are expected to support client relationships and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience as determined by the company.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience with executive-level relationships.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospects based on need to outsource customer/member communications.
• Perform executive outreach to VP+ levels within IT and Procurement.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets and KPI’s for sales activity.
• Onboard new clients through contracting, negotiation, and implementation.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Provide weekly sales forecasts and updates on deals, market trends, and competitor information.
