Job summary

enGen, a national print and mail manufacturing company, seeks an Account Executive to grow the client base and drive revenue across the national footprint.

The role focuses on acquiring new clients, upselling existing ones, and using creative and analytical approaches to expand market share. Travel about 40% is required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred and 5+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a B2B sales environment with executive-level outreach.
• Experience servicing a specialized market and CRM utilization.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospects for outsourcing customer/member communications.
• Reach VP level and above within IT and Procurement.
• Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets and KPI metrics.
• Manage onboarding, contracting, negotiation, and implementation for new clients.
• Maintain CRM records and provide weekly sales forecasts and deal progress.
