3E is seeking a Sales Executive to join our Commercial team. You will drive enterprise growth by building relationships with key decision-makers and proactively creating opportunities across our product families.

You’ll own the top of the funnel, open doors, and convert conversations into qualified pipeline. With a hunter mindset, you will manage complex sales cycles end-to-end and partner with internal experts to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in complex B2B sales, quota-driven track record.
• Hunter mindset with success in creating opportunities.
• Experience closing six-figure deals using consultative selling.
• Proficient in pipeline management and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise growth across Chemical & Workplace Safety, Product Safety & Stewardship, and Supply Chain & Sustainability.
• Generate and scale a self-generated pipeline through market mapping and outreach.
• Own the enterprise sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Engage C-level execs and key decision-makers to create long-term partnerships.
• Use consultative selling to craft tailored proposals and manage product trials.
