Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales engineering leadership experience in enterprise accounts
• 8+ years as a sales engineer supporting enterprise clients
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud security
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or Command of the Message frameworks

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of sales engineers
• Collaborate with regional sales leadership to drive enterprise deals
• Develop and execute technical sales strategies and account plans
• Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations
