Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Sales Director, Client Management to lead a high‑performing Enterprise team in managing Financial Services and Digital Media Merchant clients. You will coach and develop sales and client management staff, drive revenue growth, and optimize strategies with senior leadership.

You'll partner across functions to deliver solutions, monitor performance, and foster long-term client relationships while traveling as required to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading sales or client management teams.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Knowledge of payment solutions and industry practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the sales organization, coaching and mentoring team members.
• Drive activities involved in selling Global Payments products and expanding client relationships.
• Develop and execute sales plans, goals and strategies to meet revenue objectives.
• Monitor performance, set goals, and partner with People Team on employee matters.
• Prepare sales reports for senior management and plan pricing to meet market needs.
• Maintain long-term relationships with Global Payments' client base.
• Travel as required to manage accounts and opportunities.
