DocuSign, Inc. seeks a Regional Vice President to lead, coach, and motivate a team of Account Executives to grow revenue by expanding spend within existing accounts. You will join customer calls, monitor health metrics, and help with territory strategy and account planning.

This leadership role requires building a cohesive team, delivering accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts, and achieving quota. Travel 20%+ is expected; hybrid work with in-office access.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience selling software in a quota-carrying role.
• BA/BS from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing software sales teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a sales team to grow revenue within existing accounts.
• Coach AEs on sales skills, forecasting, and territory planning.
• Ensure accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts and attainment against quota.
• Travel 20% or more as needed.
