Paycom Software Inc. is seeking a top-performing Account Executive in Nashville to own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing.

You will engage C-suite decision-makers and present our HR software as the solution to their most pressing needs, all while driving a high-velocity, B2B SaaS sales process in a competitive market. You’ll be rewarded with an aggressive, uncapped commission plan and a base salary structure designed to maximize earnings for proven closers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (business or professional selling preferred).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in B2B sales, handling complex processes and multiple touchpoints over channels.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from cold prospect to closed deal.
• Engage with C-suite decision-makers to demonstrate Paycom solutions.
• Build and manage pipelines through relentless prospecting and disciplined follow-through.
• Become an expert in enterprise software sales and modern B2B sales strategy.
• Travel required, including overnight travel.
