Job summary

Pearson, the world’s lifelong learning company, invites an Enterprise Sales Executive to drive lead generation and sales execution in the Nashville region, selling Pearson’s SaaS platform suite to enterprise clients.

You will own the full lifecycle of opportunities, cultivate relationships with HR, Learning and Technology leaders, keep CRM data current, and promote Pearson’s brand and values while growing revenue.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a quota-carrying role selling complex SaaS solutions to HR, Learning, and Technology executives in enterprise settings.
• Strong interest in Learning, Data Analytics, and AI tech.
• Growth mindset with relationship-building and high-value deal closing.
• Experience selling direct and via partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Pearson Enterprise solutions and evangelize them in the market.
• Execute full lifecycle for sales opportunities.
• Prospect, qualify, and cultivate leads from discovery to close.
• Maintain accurate CRM data on opportunities, activities, and revenue projections.
• Cultivate external relationships to Pearson’s benefit.
• Promote Pearson’s values and brand positioning in the market.
