Job summary

Pearson’s Enterprise Learning and Skills team is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive revenue across the enterprise. You’ll own lead generation and end-to-end sales execution for Pearson’s SaaS offerings, evangelizing solutions to HR, Learning, and Technology executives.

You’ll develop deep product knowledge, manage a full sales lifecycle, and build durable relationships with customers and partners while upholding Pearson’s values and brand in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a quota-carrying role selling SaaS to executives in Enterprise.
• Knowledge of Learning, Data Analytics, and AI technologies.
• Growth mindset with relationship development and winning high-value deals.
• Experience selling direct and through partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth understanding of Pearson’s Enterprise solutions and evangelize across the market.
• Execute the full lifecycle for sales opportunities.
• Prospect for and cultivate leads from discovery to execution.
• Maintain accurate CRM data around opportunities, activities and revenue projections.
• Cultivate positive external relationships on behalf of Pearson.
• Exemplify Pearson’s values and promote brand positioning in the market.
