Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to drive revenue across its Learning & Skills SaaS platform for enterprise customers. You will own lead generation, sales execution, and lifecycle management in your territory, evangelizing Pearson’s solutions to HR, Talent, Learning and Technology executives.

You’ll build deep product knowledge, manage opportunities in the CRM, and cultivate relationships with strategic partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a quota-carrying role selling complex SaaS solutions to enterprise executives.
• Strong interest in Learning, Data Analytics, and AI technologies.
• Growth mindset with ability to build relationships and win high-value deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth understanding of Pearson’s Enterprise solutions and evangelize Pearson in the market.
• Execute on the full lifecycle for sales opportunities.
• Prospect for and cultivate leads from discovery to execution.
• Maintain accurate CRM data around opportunities, sales activities and revenue projections.
• Cultivate positive external relationships on behalf of and to the benefit of Pearson.
• Exemplify Pearson’s values and promote brand positioning in your market.
