Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive in California to drive lead generation and end-to-end sales for our SaaS platforms. You will develop a deep understanding of Pearson’s Enterprise solutions and evangelize them across the market, while managing opportunities from discovery to close.

You will cultivate relationships with HR, Learning and Technology executives, work within partner ecosystems, and maintain CRM data for accurate revenue projections.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a quota-carrying role
• Proven success selling complex SaaS solutions into HR, Talent, Learning and Technology executives
• Experience selling direct and via partner ecosystems
• Strong interest in Learning, Data Analytics, and AI technologies

Responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth understanding of Pearson’s Enterprise solutions and evangelize them across the market
• Execute full lifecycle for sales opportunities
• Prospect for and cultivate leads from discovery to execution
• Maintain accurate CRM data around opportunities, activities and revenue projections
• Cultivate external relationships on behalf of Pearson
• Promote Pearson’s values and brand positioning within your market
