Pearson is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to drive lead generation and sales execution across its SaaS platform offerings. You will own the full lifecycle of opportunities, cultivate relationships, and evangelize Pearson in the market.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in quota-carrying roles selling to HR, Talent, Learning and Technology leaders in enterprises, with a passion for Learning, Data Analytics, and AI tech, and a growth mindset for high-value deals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a quota-carrying role selling SaaS into Enterprise HR, Talent, Learning and Technology executives.
• Passion and knowledge for Learning, Data Analytics, and AI technologies.
• Growth mindset with a passion for investigating, developing relationships and winning deals.
• Experience selling direct and via partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth understanding of Pearson’s Enterprise solutions; and evangelize Pearson across the market.
• Execute on the full lifecycle for sales opportunities.
• Prospect for and cultivate leads from discovery to execution.
• Maintain accurate CRM data around opportunities, sales activities and revenue projections.
• Cultivate positive external relationships on behalf of and to the benefit of Pearson.
• Exemplify Pearson’s values and promote brand positioning throughout your identified market.
