Job summary

Supernova Technology in Chicago is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead onboarding and delivery of the SBL platform for enterprise clients. You’ll work with solutions engineers and business analysts to define scope and timelines, and coordinate internal and external project teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of project management experience, a client‑facing mindset, and a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven success delivering on project plans or operational improvements.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a diverse stakeholder base.
• Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Client-focused, positive and professional attitude.
• Organized, detail oriented, accurate and responsive.
• Financial, banking and/or lending industry experience preferred.
• Familiar with Atlassian products (Confluence and Jira).
• Prior SaaS implementation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project scope and timeline for onboarding new clients and subsequent delivery phases.
• Facilitate requirements gathering to define user experience and workflows.
• Hold internal and external team members accountable for milestones.
• Collaborate with diverse resources to meet timeline objectives.
• Identify and elevate project risks and issues affecting scope and delivery.
• Participate in ongoing business process standardization.
• Provide timely project communication, status and schedule updates to stakeholders.
