Job summary

Bazaarvoice, headquartered in Austin, Texas, is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to drive net-new software revenue with Fortune 500 CPG, Retail, and E-commerce organizations. You will target senior executives, navigate multi-month cycles, and close high-value annual contracts.

You will lead with MEDDPICC, collaborate with Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Legal to craft compelling value propositions and orchestrate seamless deal closures.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a track record of exceeding a $1.5M+ annual quota.
• Experience selling SaaS into CPG brands, retailers, or digital commerce ecosystems.
• Ability to manage 6–12 month complex deals with high ARR and exec procurement involvement.
• Fluent in structured enterprise sales frameworks (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message).

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed annual quota by winning new enterprise accounts and expanding footprint.
• Qualify, manage, and close high-value opportunities using MEDDPICC and Salesforce.
• Develop account strategies across digital marketing, e‑commerce, and brand divisions.
• Articulate ROI of Bazaarvoice's platform to drive conversion and brand trust.
