VIDIZMO is hiring a Business Development Representative to engage US-based enterprise prospects for our AI data platform. You will excel at cold calling, LinkedIn and email outreach, and CRM upkeep, using AI-assisted tools to stay sharp on every conversation.

The role focuses on qualifying leads, running early discovery, and booking product demos for the closing sales team, with a strong emphasis on meeting weekly and monthly targets in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• Excellent spoken English with clear communication for US prospects.
• 2–3 years in sales, business development, SDR, or inside sales preferred.
• Comfort using AI tools for call prep and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Place outbound cold calls to US enterprise prospects and open new conversations.
• Use AI-guided call-prep tools to plan approach and handle objections.
• Build pipeline via LinkedIn outreach, email sequencing, and CRM-based prospecting.
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads, conduct early discovery, schedule product demos.
• Follow up across calls and emails to maintain momentum and avoid losing prospects.
• Keep CRM clean and up-to-date for the team to act on.
• Hit weekly and monthly targets for outreach, qualified leads, and meetings booked.
