Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, CS, engineering, or related field.
• Exceptional verbal English communication—clear, confident, and understood by US-based prospects.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, cold calling, SDR, or inside sales preferred.
• Willingness to work in eastern Time zone.
• Comfortable using AI tools to prepare for and guide live conversations.
• CRM/outreach tools experience (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho, Apollo).

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to US-based prospects and initiate outbound conversations.
• Use AI-guided conversation tools to prep for calls and handle objections.
• Drive lead generation through LinkedIn outreach, emails, and CRM prospecting.
• Qualify leads, run initial discovery calls, and schedule demos/meetings.
• Follow up by phone and email to move prospects through the pipeline.
• Keep CRM accurate with next steps clearly defined.
• Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and meetings.
