Job summary

OneStream is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business in a defined US East territory. You will own pipeline generation, engage C-level stakeholders, and collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Alliances to accelerate deal velocity.

You will lead end-to-end conversations, craft value-based business cases, and close strategic SaaS agreements while expanding OneStream's footprint in untapped markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of B2B sales with a focus on new business; high-potential candidates with less experience will be considered.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas through net-new customer acquisition.
• Skilled at prospecting, pipeline generation, and navigating multi-threaded sales cycles.
• Hunter mindset with outbound efforts across multiple channels; ability to engage C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive new logo acquisition through strategic prospecting, outbound outreach, marketing leads, and partner referrals.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding evolving customer needs and aligning with OneStream's solutions.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through self-sourced efforts and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain Salesforce records to support data-driven decisions, forecast accuracy, and alignment across teams.
• Prepare and present tailored business cases, proposals, and SaaS agreements that align with customer objectives.
