As Sales Director for Roofing, you own our largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract, closing solo with senior ownership and marketing leaders, across several markets.

You will handle end-to-end cycles up to 12 months with inbound and SDR support.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand: add more locations and services after a group signs.
• Proposals built with strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
